I really enjoyed seeing the Mastermyr collection in La Crosse.

For a  home for the work, You might want to consider the  Vesterheim Museum 
in Decorah, Iowa.
I could spend days going through that one.  It also functions like a living 
museum,  one of the Texas knife makers was telling that he had attended a 
knife making class taught by some Norwegen master knife maker.
