Only thing I can offer is...when at Jamestown, and we had to build an 
additional bellows (or rather, when the Exhibits department did, since God 
Forbid the management should let costumed staff build anything -- excluding 
the blacksmiths of course, who they really would prefer only do nails -- 
until such time as they needed something exhibits couldn't do, hence why as a 
blacksmith I was pressed into doiong coopering -- but I digress) .. wae asked 
the guy doing it how much he would charge us to do them for our private shops 
-- price he quoted, complete, was $1500.  If we provided the leather.

<< Can anyone give me a value of a Bellows which is complete except for the
 leather and the sheet metal snout?  The hardware is cast iron, wood in
 excellent shape. It is 6 feet long.  Even at $250, it would take far
 more than that to produce the wood and hardware to get to the point it
 is at now.
