[TheForge] Rocky Mountain Smiths Conference

Well, Steve, I'm most certainly honored, but Pennsic runs from August 1-2
until the 18th, and I'll be there, as Chief Cat Wrangler for my Household.
I'll be meeting ansd playing with Smiths, Leatherworkers, Cooks and
Chirurgeons from all over the Knowne Worlde, drinking far too much
homebrewed beer (did I mention one of our Household members made two Master
Brews last year?) and mead, as well as dining on the best food we can
contrive in our primitive campsite- using, of course, our primitive propane
range and freezer ;-).My Household is an international Household of Cooks,
so I'm sure I'll suffer horribly ;-) Ask John Husvar about how we
eat.....and eat....and eat......and drink...and party....and party..... It's
a rough job, but someone hasta do it ;-O

Howsomever, my <mumbldyeth> birthday is on the 12th, so I'll ask you to
raise a glass, in honor of my suffering as we share Roast Duck and Lamb for
dinner that night.

Thank the Deity(ies) of your choice, that my high metabolism means I can eat
pretty much anything I want ;-)

Sure you won't stop by? I think Roy is sending along some turnips
.....armored, I believe.....
