How about a wild idea?
Get an old Freezer (large) and put a couple of oven elements inside it after
removing the guts, plastic, foam etc. from the inside of course.
The steel freezer shell and door could make a decent box, and adding an oven
element with controls should be fairly easy.
Or, you could try to find an old commercial pizza oven!?!????
