[TheForge] tongs out of round stock?

No, I didn't mean that you'd square it up first to make the tongs. But,
when drawing out the reins don't you follow the basic tenet of SOR? I was
trying to be witty, but it doesn't seem to have worked in writing. But
that's not the point. Remember the original question was "What is the
advantage of using round stock?" not simply whether or not you can make
tongs out of round stock. The key word here is "advantage" So, if your
stock is going to follow RSOR, why not just go SOR and maintain the
advantage of the square stock that Phil noted when he wrote: "It seems to
me that with square stock, it's easier to keep things parallel and
perpendicular."
