[TheForge] Chirurgeon article in the Florilegium

Restricting the length of the recipient list is one way that is employed to 
limit the amount of spam that may head this way.  The reject notice that 
you received is an automated response.

All you need to do is send it again to just theforge or to a smaller list 
of people.

As for sending the "whole blamed article", go ahead.  But it's liable to be 
rejected if it's too long.  When sending long posts, just keep in mind the 
number of people on the list and those folks that get TheForge in digest form
