[TheForge] acorn plate

There really needs to be some kind of scrap police in this country!!! 
Not like we don;t have enough other stuff to worry about.
But some of the stuff I have seen scrapped out would make you cry!!!

I guess that's why most of the scrap dealers I know are very wealthy.

I have watched GE Aircraft Engines scrap yard sell off mixed scap 
including combustor casings, combustor nozzles ,etc.
These things are made from exotic materials like Rene' 88, titanium, 
inconel, hastalloy, things we call unobtainium. They would get like, 
$0.04 a pound!!! I've watched pallet after pallet of tool chest scrapped 
out as scrap steel, etc. etc.

And they would never let employees bid on the scrap!!! I don't have that 
exclusion anymore.......
