	This was the location I first suggested.  It would seem a
	most appropriate venue, all other things being equal.

	As for whether togive it now or wait to finish, my only 
	reservation with handing ot over now is that the rest will
	never be completed.  These things have a way of losing their
	momentum rapidly.
