A place you won't forget is the construction complex of Bass Pro Shops
in Nixa, a suburb of Springfield, which is 30 min. N. of Branson.  Call
the Bass Pro store and ask for the metal shop, then ask to speak to Kirk
Sullens.  Kirk made the moose, turkey and roadrunner that were on the
Anvil's Ring a few years back, and will probably be open to giving you
the nickel tour.  This complex builds things like the log cabins that
are put in the stores, all the metal work for the stores and their lodge
on Table Rock, and for places like Dizzy World.
