Dan,

Who are the Professionals who are doing the dictating?  If I remember 
correctly there are more hobby/backyard/part-time smiths on the Board than 
there are professionals.  This kind of unsupported blanket condemnation is 
uncalled for ... unless you can back it up and tell us who the Dictator's are?
