Not knowing where your tingle is, I cannot guarantee that what worked =
for me will even come close to fitting your situation. My problem was =
probably hammer related; several clenched muscles pinching nerve bundles =
against bone. and showed up as loss of full feeling with 2-3 fingers in =
my left hand. The sensation was a tingling. My chiropractor helped =
somewhat but there was still much feeling missing. I went to a massage =
therapist, a lady with 25 years healing people(she owns a massage =
school) and she spent over an hour working on my chest, back, neck, =
shoulder and arm. And fixed the problem.=20
The stress of the life we live and our work can cause our bodies to get =
some interesting kinks, knots and spastic muscles. Many times the =
simple act of getting a couple of vertebra back in place will relieve =
the symptoms but if there is something going on in your muscles and you =
don't get them eased back like they should be, the stress remains and =
soon, they will pull the affected vertebra back out of alignment. I =
would ask around for the most gifted massage therapist in your area. =
She or he can do the relaxing part and if you have some of your spine =
needing an adjustment, go to your chiro. That way, the therapist can =
remove the tension in the muscles and in many cases, that is where the =
tingling comes from...
Hope this is of some value.
Stephen
