Dave I have to disagree here. There are facts here.. the fact that the editor 
was changed and a promised 25K windfall is in reality an increase in costs of 
6K. The fact that the board has not posted meeting minutes AS REQUIRED by 
every non profit organization, and is waived only for meetings in executive 
session (usually reserved for legal matters). The fact that after repeated 
attempts by Mr. Dixon to to get a response from the Board (attempts he has 
made us all aware of for at least a year now) Board members post replys that 
seem to deny he has made this request! This Board is treading on thin ice 
ethically and needs to disclose all facts now...

  I hope that we can see a swift resolution of this matter so that things can 
go back to normal.
