 one committee wasn't submitting any reports until pushed to do so and when 
 he did the reports for the committee that he headed stated "Nothing to 
 report".  So, could you fill us in with some details? >>

Tim was reelected to the board.  Whether he's actually doing any work or not 
is a good question -- do you have evidence to bakc up your claim, or are you 
relying on the same sort of hearsay I used above?

While your point may be valid, to engage in this with a person who was 
reportedly preparing for surgery the morning following his post, is conduct 
unbefitting a gentleman.  At least wait until we hear he's out of surgery.
