[TheForge] ABANA

The simple question that needs to be answered is why ABANA (i.e. ABANA board,
past or present) can't simply answer the questions raised by George, prove
there's not only no fire, but not even smoke, make George look like a fool for
raising the issues, and be done with it once and for all.
It seems to me that if George is so completely wrong about things, that ABANA
would LOVE to prove him wrong, and they'd be overflowing with facts in their
favor.
Don't threaten George with legal action. Just slam-dunk him with the truth if
the truth is on their side.

So I ask, why haven't they?
It SOUNDS like (though not necessarily IS) the type of reaction you see from a
large company caught doing something wrong.

I think a good solution would be for the membership to collectively sign a
letter stating if the board doesn't provide any evidence to the contrary by a
certain deadline, then (by default) George's interpretation of events will be
accepted as true and accurate.
Like they sometimes say, taking no action IS an action.
At least this way there are measurable consequences to ABANA's action or
inaction.
