[TheForge] ABANA publications

I have enjoyed seeing the work of the European and Asian smiths in the
publications. It's a nice change, and a great chance to see work from
around the world.

I believe the focus was associated with the conference. Those were all
conference demonstrators who sent in photos and written material for the
publications. The focus will probably shift back to American now that the
conference is over.
