Dann your answer is a bad one. Organizations do not have the right to deal 
with whistleblowers this way. There are laws that could cost ABANA in fines 
and if Mr McCarty can prove it losses to his business. And if it was my 
company you can bet I would go after them. These are elected people who in 
the HELL do they think they are? This is our organization and I am getting 
PO'ed listening to these crappy responses. I am the chairman of a Non profit 
organization and I can assure you that the boards actions are certainly 
unethical, and may verge on illegal. Misuse of authority on a board can be an 
actionable offense.  If Proven... I reitterate IF PROVEN.
