[TheForge] ABANA, Short and simple

It's simple, if you don't agree with the way ABANA is being run DON'T SUPPORT 
the organization by PAYING DUES or by GOING TO THEIR CONFERENCE.  If that 
doesn't send a message - nothing else will.  WITHOUT SUPPORT and MEMBERS, 
ABANA IS NOTHING.  STOP BITCHING ABOUT IT AND SEND A REAL MESSAGE!  If the 
funds that fuel ABANA wither away, perhaps it will fade away into obscurity 
and be left to the remaining members to bitch amongst themselves.  Take away 
their voice so we all don't have to hear it.  If their self-thought influence 
is only a whisper ... who cares.  The members have let it get this way 
anyhow, by giving (money) support.  Time for a fresh start, give your money 
to another cause that will be better served.  No one says you have to be a 
member of ABANA to be a blacksmith.  Even if ABANA thinks otherwise.  ABANA 
is not the "do all" and "say all" in blacksmithing it thinks it is.  I won't 
give up on the grass roots premise that ABANA was originally founded on.  It 
started as a good idea.  The self-promoting grandioso bull_hit that some have 
turned it into is not the best thing for all blacksmiths.
