I am trying to be straight on this matter, but some of you are taking things
the wrong way. When a bid comes into ABANA, it goes to the total board for
a vote. Sometimes bids come in to one member or another via US Mail, FEDEX,
or UPS with a return receipt attached and the board member that receives
this bid must sign for the package. This is what I did. The package is
then given to the board for rejection or approval. This is also what I did
by giving the package to Doug Learn. No more, no less.
