hello;

because i am part of the 'friendly neighbor isp'.
this fud and distrust takes a toll on the people.
i am guessing but around 2 hours a day is spent
explaining why this is a lie to end-users. that is
roughly 10 hours a week. that is 10 hours that did
not go into making the network more secure and keeping
the barbarians at the gates.

it also breeds distrust between end-users and the isp.
