In my body shop, I'm more concerned about relatively contamination free air. I use air tools daily and oil at the tool with a good air tool oil. 
I have a moisture collector(Sharpe) at the regulator coming off the tank.(abot 3 feet from tank) Make it a habit to check the oil and drain the water from the tank and collector each time you fire up the.
