The beauty of this stuff is that you can forge the shape you want , bring
it up to a color from orange to yellow using a forge, torch or other heat
source and quench. The hotter it is, the harder it gets. There is no
tempering needed. It does not hold an edge forever but it takes a great
deal to punishment and is easily reforged.
