[TheForge] Epoxy PRIMER?

Dan;

   Are you thinning it and if so, what ratio? Also, have you played
with thinning water based primers?

   I've always thought "soaking" it in  with multiple coats, would be
best, but never could get any paint mfgr. to ok thinning the primer.
