[TheForge] Twisting Tubing

Hi Guys-

    I wonder what will happen if I twist square tubing?  Can I keep the
center open in any way?  How is the best way to do that?  I have some 1 inch
square tubing with 1/8 inch wall, and would like to twist it.  Thought I
would ask if anyone else has already tried this.
