 A friend made mine for me in exchange for a bit of computer repair,
and I made the burner. The forge body is a 4.5kg (~10lb) LPG bottle
that was out of test and came from the tip. the bottom had a ring on
it tat was just the right size for the opening. The inside is lined
with Kaowool.
 The burner is a Rreil "mongo burner" design, made from an offcut of
water pipe with a Mig tip for the jet.
 Get a good regulator - I was using a modified Acetylene reg for a
while and couldnt get any heat, due to the low pressure. I finally
sprung for a LPG welding regulator (60PSI) and now it roars. I use a
9kg BBQ gas bottle.
 The gas forge is convenient, but I still prefer the coal forge for
big jobs - better access and more heat.
