        Dan, This is sad news,  I had always heard great things from Sid and
others about Fred and was looking forward to meeting him some day.  I'm
sorry to hear this news.
        Hope your taking it easy after the surgery we heard you went thru
recently.  Take it easy and I hope your back up and at it as soon as
possible, but don't rush it.
