When you first go to the site at http://www.photoaccess.com you first have 
to login.

To login enter the e-mail address blacksmithblacksmith@hotmail.com and for 
the password enter the word anvil and click on the login button.  If you 
think you'll be a regular visitor then check the "save login info" 
box.  This will set a cookie on your computer containing the login 
information.  Next time you visit the site the login info will be filled in 
automatically and all you'll need to do is click on login button.

I've submitted a change request to put the new photo site access info put 
on the end of theforge e-mails.  I did not include the e-mail and password 
information.  I decided to wait and see if anybody had any comments on 
that.  Since any/all list members can/should know this I see no reason no 
to include it.  But someone may have a good reason.  So, let me know about 
this thought.
