To All,
I have been associated with many organizations over the years, some professional and some not so professional.  Independent of their mission, goal, funding, membership, affilaition, purpose, avocation, etc., they all suck if you don't look beyond the petty infighting, political struggles, egos, whinning, pissing and moaning that go on.  I try to avoid joining in any more than I really need.
I would still be heating and beating if ABANA did not ever exist as I got bit by the Blacksmithing bug before I knew there was an ABANA.  I joined of my own free will and I am glad I did.  I do not approve of all that goes on but I will take the good with the not so good.   
If everything was perfect what a boring place this would be.
