Folks,

A few weeks ago I had some machinery listed for sale. Some has not
moved and the mortgage is about to be foreclosed if a payment is not
made in the next few days.

I have a van Norman horizontal/vertical milling machine. It has the
factory vertical spindle attachment as well as a Bridgeport M-head
for which an attachment was expertly fabricated. Also includes a
slotting attachment for cutting keyways, a 7 inch dividing head, a
Buck vise (I beileve it is buck), and power feed on the x axis. This is
the model 1/2, a smaller version of the Model 12. It has been very well
kept. 3ph. The machine is an easy $2500. I would like to get $1000
for it.

I also have a 13 x 60 South Bend lathe. it breaks my heart to sell it,
but its that or lose the house, so away it goes. 13 x 60 with several
chucks, quick change gears, back gears, on tall legs, tool post, power
feed on x and z axes, very tight and very well maintained, in grease at
the moment. I'd been asking $2500 for it. I will take $1500.

Or if you want I will sell both for $2K. That's nearly giving them
away, but it will keep me afloat for another month. Hopefully I
will get the job with Motorola and my worries gone, but if I don't get
a payment to the bank in the next two days, they will foreclose, so
if anyone here wants these machines or knows someone that might, I would
be grateful if you would speak up quickly. Or of you know of a place
that buys machinery that would not rape me too badly, I'd appreciate
knowing who they are.

Prices are FOB Argyle, WI. They are at the shop of Mike Rock and in
good
hands.

You can contact me here or call me at home at (602) 996-4780

Thanks.
