[TheForge] Rivets and Bronze

        John, it has been a long time, but I ordered them from Koval knife
company thru their catalog.  They have the drive kind (which I belive is
just two open ended rivets of different sizes that are driven into each
other).  Once you have that info, I'll be McMaster Carr does have them, but
you need to know which one fits inside the other.
        Koval also sells the fancy threaded kind, but you need a hefty
handle to fit it all into. I am not a knife maker, but used them to put
fireplace handles on.........others may give you better info.
