At one show I just made up a set of skewers, and periodically ran another 6
inches of Kielbasa or summer sausage through the gas forge. Gotta keep
cranking 'em and doesn't take long! <Grin> Making another skewer every
time I got hungry kept me pretty busy! Works fine over charcoal too, but
my coal has too much sulphur.
