[TheForge] grease clearance?

Just following up this thread...  I know that you (Bob) said that you're 
getting 3/4" FOM and that you're using a .750" reamer, but a lot of the FOM 
tubing is oversize, sometimes as much as .010 in sizes like 1.5"  Might 
there be a different probem like out-of-roundness or scale on the shaft?
