[TheForge] Spring fuller for pipe

At the UMBA hammer-in a while back we had Roger Lorance as the
demonstrator. One of his spring fullers was an interesting variation from
what is usually seen. He made it particularly for fullering pipe or DOM
round tubing. As he mentioned, one of the problems encountered when
fullering pipe or tubing is that it has a tendency to crush or flatten in
the groove and it is very hard to get back to a neat uniform roundness
inside of the fuller. His approach to overcoming this was to make a fuller
that would contact the work piece in three places.

I've attached a drawing that I made which outlines the general construction
of this 3-point fuller. It's not to scale, but certainly shows the general
concept behind this fuller. Essentially he uses three arc sections from a
coil spring, one on the top block and two on the bottom block. In spite of
the fact that my drawing is so poor, I'm sure you can see what is intended.

So, go to the photoaccess site and look in the Tools and Tooling album.

Oh, yeah, I almost for got. Not snide remarks about my lack of artistic
rendering.
