you casting multiples of the same shape.....simple shapes....
if so a steel mold may be your answer....... you can have a tool and die
maker cut one for you....
you preheat the mold befor you cast into it.....
just beware of undercuts....

Subject: [TheForge] Playing with bronze
Does anyone have suggestions for a reusable mold media for alloy b bronze. I
have alloy b, alloy c, and some generic silicone bronze, as well as copper,
monel, and k-monel. I am interested in small casting such as buckels, belt
plates, and saddle brasses.
