Good Morning Everyone!!
In addition to my having a day job working as an "engineer", and my
addiction to metal modification like the rest of you, I also teach part time
at the University of Cincinnati, College of Applied Sciences, in the
Mechanical Engineering department. I have been working on the dean for some
time to let me develop a blacksmithing cirrocumuli for the college. I am
embarrassed to admit that the department has had a vital woodworking/cabinet
making program for years, and as yet I have been unsuccessful at convincing
the school of the value of such a program.

I think I the dean sees the value of the program itself, the biggest concern
he has now, I believe, is addressing the program to the right audience, and
making sure any investment in the program would be recouped.

Any of you involved in chapter blacksmith or craft school training programs
and can provide some insights??

Sounds like a great program to get started Ray. If they had something like
that around here I know that I would sign up.
