	He had a good point, Dave.  I've been at war with my local
school system since we moved up here a decade or so back.  It
doesn't matter if you've got an idea or class that is ten times
more useful than an existing one, costs less to run, and the kids
WANT to take it.  School Boards consider themselves autonomous
empires, and what could we miserable parents (said with disdain)
actually know about raising kids?
