The IEEE (electrical engineering society) has put the entire history of
several journals on CD's. I think the whole set is up to 7 or 8 CD's, not bad
for 30 or 40 years. They put out a new CD every year to archive the past year's
work. This would probably be a preferred method for ABANA--members wouldn't
have to spend days on the modem, wouldn't take any server space, would make a
few bucks for ABANA. But someone would still have to bell the cat.
