Near Akron OH. This person, by the way, is  the consummate shopper-around.

The shop, a hole-in-the-wall in Canton OH, does good work and is always
busier than they can handle. (for obvious reasons:) They, and good routine
maintenance, have kept a couple of Ford vans going well into their third
hundred thousand miles. One of them, now on its third owner, is past
275,000. (no new transmission or engine, one timing gear replaced.)
