The point I was making is I have Kenyons and I have worked on Nazels and
I own a 330 lb. Beche that runs at 180 bpm all day at any foot pedal
placement.
My kenyon will crack a egg but not at 200 bpm and even with the the AFC
modifications, but when I feather with the kenyon I feel its at 50 bpm
and of course when I run it full its going at 200 bpm.

Yes I can move the roller switch down and readjust the pressures and get
higher speed when I am feathering, but then you have to stop and
re-adjust to do the heavy work on the Kenyon...

I would love to own a 120 lb. self contained but the cost is to much.

The cost is why I started the thread about the Krause/Nazel, I was
hoping we could put are heads together as a group and come up with a
solution. I have a machinist that is interested but he is not cheep. He
does a lot of work for the race car people that require real close
tolerance work..

As an experiment I took it off and I have just as much control (I can close a matchbox without crushing it) and it hits harder.
