[TheForge] Air Hammer Workshop?

It is a very ambitious project but do-able I think.
The really big task is getting someone to organize it.
Round up participants, collect money up front, order
pre cut steel & air parts mostly you would need a large
well equipt place to pull it all together.
The whole reason for doing it in a workshop / class
environment is the standardization of the parts and processes.
That probably means that you would use all new material
so you might be looking at $1,000 per unit. Add to that
travel cost, hotel, meals, beer etc. Still do-able? maybe.

the ABANA plans about 5 years ago, and spent the first two trying to figure
it out. When I build mine, I asked Larry Zoeller, Ralph Sproul, and Dave
Mudge A LOT of questions. After figuring it out, the next hardest part was
making the part that the slider goes up and down in. It would certainly
take a lot of pre-planning.
