hello;

i have switched over to a completely different anvil stand and it is
working extremely well and there is no problem with anvil ring. i am
using a 100lb propane cylinder cut down to 30 inches. it has been filled
with 250 lbs of sand. the anvil sits on the sand. need it a little lower
twist it down into the sand. need it a little higher pick it up and
shove some sand underneath it. the 100lb propane cylinder is roughly 14
inches in diameter. i originally made this for my post vise but i made a
new stand for it out of a 40lb cylinder.
