Hmm, about 10 months ago I took a piece of "rusty/greasy stuff" out of my shop and sold it, I'd had it for a while...spent $80 on it originally.   The 'return on investment" from that purchase and sale put a 36 x 16 addition on the shop.  gotta love that "rusty/greasy stuff"......
