Right.  PI is NOT a replacement for steel.  It IS, however, an ideal =
material for intricate forgings.  MUCH better than wrought iron.

Pure Iron and wrought are cool to work with, but I seem to do pretty well
with A36.
I would certainly being willing to stock some PI maybe a hundred lbs.  For
most of my work I prefer the strength of the steel. That being said, =
getting
something that forge welds easier and faster than A36 would be nice.  $73K
is a pretty big number to have invested in stock.
