The one location may be part of the problem.  I bought some at Quad State
two years ago and like it very well.  I am definitely a low volume user
and don't normally buy more than 3 or 4 bars of hot rolled at a time.  It
is not easy for me to have something like this shipped to my home. If I
could drive a few hours and pick it up it wouldn't be near the problem. 
I wish I had gotten more of it now that it appears to be a thing of the
past.  It is everything it is advertised to be, very soft, almost to soft
for some things.  A little like hitting a piece of hot copper if you have
ever done that.  Great stuff though.
