[TheForge] Australian blacksmith needs information

TheForge members,

One of our Alabama Forge Council members, Fred Trueman, who lives in
Australia, sent me a letter saying that he has been trying to get a Brass
Ruler in Australia without success. He says that there are plenty of steel
rulers available, but no brass ones. He is not on the internet anymore, so
as he says in his letter, he is using "..a more traditional form of
communications" which is a letter.

Fred didn't give a description of the ruler other than he wants it to be
brass. He would like someone who knows where he can get a brass ruler in the
USA to send him a letter with the place's address and I am guessing a phone
number might help too. It could be that an Internet address for the company
might help as well even though Fred is no longer on the Internet.

From the interesting stamps on the letter it cost Fred 90-cents in
Australian money, which is probably way over a dollar in US money, so he
must really need the brass ruler bad.

If anyone can help Fred, just send him a letter with the address of a place
where he can obtain a brass ruler.
