I have been using a full face shield and safety glasses for years. I 
recommend them highly. Pulled a wire out of my cheek once and have had 
steel taken out of my eye by the Doctors more than once. If you feel 
something go into your eye, STOP, try not to blink, get to a mirror and see 
if you can get it out. Sometimes blinking embeds the piece into your eye 
and your off to the Doctors
