A company I've used in the past and have been very happy with is Burgon Tool Steel, Inc.   They have a web site at www.burgon.com  and their
phone is 800-258-7106. Ask for Art Putnam.  Also, ask for their tool and die design manual, it is a good source of info on selected tool steels including W-1, S-5, S-7, and H-13.

Mark Williams recommeded them to me.
