Gee,  c'mon, Terry.  Get a grip.  We get a free ride on somebody's
hobby.  The hobby gets expensive.  The free ride may come to an end
unless we chip in.  There are other similar cases on the net, not least
of which is the Risks Digest (comp.risk on Usenet). Do or don't but
jeez, lose the notion that this is a scam to nick us for six mil.

There is no comparison between the quality of service you get from a
dedicated sys admin who does it because he likes it and a behemoth
marketing droid such as Yahoo.  IMHO, Yahoogroups is a can of worms.
