Phil, Brad's table was one of the ones I made at a fab table
workshop at my place last year. The top is 3/4 plate, yes. We did five
tables that day and all had the reciever tubes. Three had swing arms or
what we called the "lazy susans".
        The reciever tubes are 3/16 x 3 x 3.
        The sliders that go into them are 3/16 x 2 1/2 x 2 1/2.
        The legs are schedule 40 x 2 1/2" pipe.
The lazy susan collars were schedule 40 x 3" pipe.
