Well Bill,

The best blacksmith I know uses propane and coal, uses a hammer that
weighs 1 - 4 pounds, and the height of his anvil is somewhere between
his knee and his elbow, (horn pointing in the appropriate direction).
He makes stuff that he likes, and is not offended by offensive people.

So, lets now read all the answers from those who did not see the humor
in the questions, intended or not.
