Unless CorelDraw has a CAD package I'm not aware of, I'd suggest that it's =
more an art (and graphics) package than a CAD package. Try TurboCAD. You =
create 3-D representations of each object or part of an object and combine =
them as you wish. You can even subtract one object from another. (This =
is analogous to drilling or broaching, but can be a lot more complicated =
than that.) Very useful. Dimensionally accurate. There's a learning =
curve, but once your well on the upslope, the program pays for itself. At =
least TurboCAD does. AutoCAD is much more expensive, last I looked.

I've got CorelDraw but haven't gotten the hang of using it. After all=20
these years I'm still stuck on paper with pencil. I've used CorelDraw =
to=20
do some layout work for tinware, but not for forged iron.
